ABSTRACT

In the current situation, our world has changed dramatically, mainly due to the emergence of coronavirus. This means that education has primarily been carried out online. This has involved creating a virtual learning environment through the metaverse for improving the quality of education and developing educational management systems. It is necessary to drive through mission-related activities, including teaching and learning. Student activities, professors, participation in local development, student leaders and student organizations are all an important part of driving development. This study aims to study and synthesize the interdisciplinary learning community framework. This start by studying the synthesis of elements of metaverse. There are 3 such elements: 1) software, 2) hardware, 3) content. In addition, there are five elements of the virtual learning community and the integration of interdisciplinary teaching classes. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

Due to the sudden outbreak of Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) affecting education. This led to social distancing and a shift towards an online model. Online teaching has become important. Digital platforms are considered a suitable learning system because people are limited in their homes to avoid socializing, replacing the online world in their daily lives. Based on the problems, the researcher is interested in bringing information and communication technology together with digital storytelling by using intelligent technology and learning management systems to enhance learning efficiency. The research methodology is divided into two steps: the first synthesizes the components of the system architecture, digital learning platform, and the digital learning platform and intelligent digital storytelling and the next step is to develop a conceptual framework for design. By using integrated technology to support learning management systems, organizations can plan strategies and implement priorities more efficiently. This is ideal for medical professionals as it can help access medical questions to lead to proactive doctor-patient communication. and the patient's family It can help reduce the medical gap. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

This research has designed and developed a The Role-Play Method Human Augmentation Learning Model to Enhance Digital Content Creator, aiming to study and synthesize the framework for developing role-playing Method Human Augmentation Simulation Learning models to enhance digital content creators and study feasibility. The development approach is a model for managing, studying or reviewing the content of studying in covid-19 situations, there are 50 undergraduate students in digital media technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok. Research content uses digital film production course content. Digital Media Technology Program in Multimedia Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-Ok, 6 lessons, trialled in semester 2, academic year 2022, the method of conducting research is divided into 5 phases: Phase 1 synthesis of conceptual framework for developing The Role-Play Method Human Augmentation Learning Model to Enhance Digital Content Creator Phase 2 Synthesis of substanceist features. The expected benefit is that it competes with Digital Content Creator that are suitable for the context of Thailand. Educational institutions that offer courses in relevant disciplines have guided them with Role-Play learning methods to develop Digital Content Creator. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to: develop a model for vocational instructors’ acceptance of online instruction after they had arrangeonline instruction for one year;and investigate the consistency of this model using the empirical evidence gained from 1,81vocational instructors from five regions in Thailand: the Northern Region, the Northeastern Region, the Central Region, thEastern Region and Bangkok, and the Southern Region. The research instrument used to collect the data was a questionnairon the vocational instructors’ acceptance of online instruction. The data were analysed using construct validity and thconsistency of the causal relationship model. The research findings revealed that social distancing during the COVID-1pandemic resulted in the vocational instructors’ adjusted attitudes towards online instruction for the better. This adjustmendirectly affected some changes in the instructors’ behaviour in physical classroom instruction to online instruction in thfollowing period. © 2021 Birlesik Dunya Yenilik Arastirma ve Yayincilik Merkezi. ABSTRACT

The 20-Year National Strategy (2017-2036) defines the country vision that "Thailand is stable, prosperous, sustainable, is a developed country". On the issue of human resource development and empowerment to become highly skilled Thai people in the digital age. Human development is a very important factor in raising the country to become a developed country in the future. Especially government personnel who have to develop to become professional personnel with new competencies, able to support changes in the development context and operating in accordance with the national development direction, raising the new competencies to be comparable at the international level. To change the culture of work and create good values of government personnel to perform government service based on the public sector of the people for the people, as well as developing leadership with high capacities. The development of a supervisor, a personnel in the government sector who serves to inform and introduce educational knowledge to teachers in schools or colleges is essential. Supervisor is one of the important government personnel who serves to inform and introduce educational knowledge to teachers in schools or colleges in promoting and supporting education management in order to drive policies from the Ministry of Education to schools and colleges. The development of the supervisor to be a person with digital competence in bringing technology and digital tools to be integrated into performance according to the specified competencies to drive towards Thailand 4.0. The situation in the spread of infectious virus, corona 2019 (COVID-19), which is the driving force for adaptation and bringing new technology and educational model innovation to change Thai education. Supervisors are considered as essential personnel to increase digital competencies in their operations. The digital supervisor's competencies consist of 3 areas: digital knowledge, digital skills, and self-reliant traits in digital individuals. © 2021 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

During COVID-19 epidemic, governments around the world now recommend or require their citizens to cover the lower half of their faces in public places. The researchers investigated whether surgical face masks affected the performance of the Video-Based facial recognition system. The purposes of this study are 1) to study Video-Based Facial Recognition algorithm for accurately identify people wearing masks. 2) to design the architecture of the Video-Based Facial Recognition develop for accurately identify people wearing masks.3) to develop a Video-Based Facial Recognition develop for accurately identify people wearing masks. The researcher found that face masks have a large effect on human face matching performance. But our findings demonstrate that face masks hardly impair the ability of Video-Based Facial recognition systems, significantly. © 2021 IEEE.
